I look forward to part 2. I hope you touch on land holdings that DCSD owns through requirements for approval by the Town. The Board can ( and has) sold these lands back to developers at low prices. For example, Crystal Valley that had 20 acres which had been marketed as a site for a middle school was sold back to the developers.
